GENERAL
These rules have been made on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation. A video surveillance system has been installed in the common areas of the hotel, restaurants and bars. By using the services provided by the hotel you agree to video surveillance.
Casa Karina Hotel guarantees its guests the confidentiality of the provided information and personal data.
The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not comply with the hotel policy.
RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND STAY IN THE HOTEL

Upon arrival at the hotel the guest is required to present a personal document for registration.
The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
Guests are responsible for all damages and missing items in the rooms in which they were/are staying. If a damages are found they will be a subject of charging.
Forgotten items by the guests are kept for up to 1 month and the courier costs for their return are at the expense of their owners.

Check-in/check-out of the rooms:

Check-in is after 14:00h and check out is no later than 12:00h.
If you wish to check out later you need to request consent and confirmation from Reception that this is possible.

Food and beverage:

The breakfast is served in the main restaurant.
A buffet is organized with a minimum of 30 guests.
It is forbidden to bring in/out food and drinks to/from the hotel's restaurants and bars.

Room cleaning:

Rooms are cleaned daily from 08:00h to 16:30h.
In case that you have put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign or want cleaning after 16:30h, please contact the hotel reception.

Mini bar:

For the moment the hotel does not offer this service.

Safe:

The hotel offers a safe at the reception with extra charge.
Please keep your valuables and documents in a safe.
The guest is responsible for items left in the room or on the hotel territory.

Parking lots:

The hotel has a paid underground parking with video surveillance at with extra charge.
Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
The hotel is not responsible for damage caused to a car on the territory of the open parking lots.

Ski hire/storage:

The hotel provides free ski storage.
The storage of ski equipment in the rooms and walking with ski boots through the common areas of the hotel are not allowed.

Accommodation with pets:
Pets are not allowed on the hotel territory.
